Because the ammount of air expulsed together with your body (your anus especificaclly) is must of the time in a different position. While this 2 factors do not remain the same the sound will never be equal one to other...

Because their are dry ones and wet ones. The wet ones comes from too much liquid you drink, the dry ones comes from too much dry grub. The sounds from the wet ones have a much nicer sound to hear. Some people can even do it to a tune.

good question. the concept is based on the size of hole the gas passes through. larger holes creates different sounds than smaller holes.
