Friend, their is no such thign as 'Good' and 'Evil', its purely a matter of Morality, which is constantly changing.
Think about it, is it 'Good' to execute a murderer, even if your killing them yourselves? 'Good' is not a black and white term, so don't see the world in black and white

Yes, people are born innocent. Babies are pure and without sin.
Maturing into adults provides the opportunity to remain good or to become evil.
Intimacy within marriage and becoming a parent after marriage are very good and blessed things. (Unfortunately, this potentially blessed activity is made into a filthy activity when people pursue it outside of marriage.)
Having children is not selfish. Children are what is good in the world.
Virgin girls die, just as everyone else dies.

People are of course born innocent. then as they grow up from being babies, they learn from their surroundings, parents, friends, school. It's learned behavior good or bad is what makes a person evil or good but, if they have someone to tell them what is right and wrong then that will make a big difference in their lives.
sex and becoming parents? does not make sense to what you are saying...why would that make a person good or bad? it all depends, if you have children when you really don't want them..then i think it's wrong. people who don't sacrifice for their children and teach them what the world is about then i would say they would create a monster out there..that's evil
having children can be selfish. depending on what your motives are.If you intend to have some for the sake of joy then it's not selfish but if you have them for other motives then yes that's selfish.

Original sin ... It's like spiritual DNA ... this is why we need to clean ourselves w/ Baptism's. Maturing in of itself means that your moving away from evil ... but many can grow - up and not mature. Fecundity is good when you know what you're doing.
Obviously virgins die ... duhhh ... otherwise we'd have some real old ugly virgins from the Vestigil Virgins (greece) who'd be about 3,000 thousand years old (Giggle).
Nuns too would rule the world ... Giggle ... check this joke out:
