Answer: A clock that is not working at all due to any reason
Reason for this answer: Because when a clock is a non-working one, it will tell the correct time twice a day. For example if a clock stopped working when it's minute hand was on 12 and hour hand on 9, then it shall show the correct time when it will be 9:00am and when it will be 9:00pm.
