Carmen D is closer than anyone else. Those ready-made L.I.I.T alcohols are cheap and taste it. Not so hot. Here's how I do it:

1 cup (or bottle) each: Vodka, Tequila, Rum, Gin, Triple Sec
1 & 1/2 cup (or bottle) of Sour mix

Pour that over ice and splash the coke on top.

I have thought about this question and have come up with this. I really do help it works. In a 2 quart pitcher add 1 cup of each of the following; vodka, gin, white rum and white tequila, 1/2 cup of triple sec,and 1/3 lemon juice lemon. Pour all of these into the pitcher. When you are ready to serve add ice to each glass and pour alcohol mixture into each glass leaving room for the cola that gives it the color of ice tea you will only need a splash. Garnish with a slice of lemon and there you have it.

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

Take the regular recipe, and multiply.

Truthfully, though, the taste isn't as good if you don't make it on the spot or at least close to the same time, so if you're going to do a large batch, don't do it too far ahead.

it rather is lots extra alcoholic, fantastically if the bar comfortable does what the recipe demands. (Splash of coke, specifically for coloring.) It additionally oftentimes does cost extra. In San Francisco, working example, maximum nicely beverages on the final bar cost around $5 and long Islands cost $8. it rather is especially considering the fact which you're getting far extra alcohol. it rather is a sturdy deal in case you prefer to be low-budget approximately spending. yet whilst they are actually not mixed nicely, prepare for a thick, candy concoction of nasty. (additionally beware of Tokyo Tea.)

In the liquor store you can buy a full fifth of long island mix (just the liquor) and add sour mix (probably two or three bottles) and a bit of coke to taste.
