As Christ's true servant James testifies to the deity of the Son of God (1:1, 2:1). He sees the Father and the Son co-equal with each other. The self-styled “Jehovah's Witnesses” who deny the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ are in reality the emissaries of Satan. Our Lord said: “All men should honour the Son, even as they honour the Father. He that honoureth not the Son honoureth not the Father which hath sent Him” (John 5:23). Later He added: “If God were your Father, ye would love Me” (John 8:42), and “HE That HATETH ME HATETH MY FATHER ALSO (John 15:23). John by the Holy Spirit writes: “Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father” (1 John 2:23). Let us never fail to acknowledge the Lordship of
Mary's Son who is in reality the anointed Son of God. The measure of our love for Him determines the measure of our love for the Father who sent him.

If you hated Our LOrd, Jesus Christ, you also hate God.

Naw, He probably had a little too much to drink at the time. We all say things that we don't mean or are meaningless when we get a little tipsy. Well God might like a drinkie....who's to say for sure?

It is another example of how Jesus and the Father are one. To accept one, is to accept both. To deny one, is to deny both. If we've seen the son, we've seen the Father.

Simple...he equates himself with God. A tremendous ego problem there.

Kiss Jesus'...ring...and you get in good with God. Doesn't matter how good you are, unless you do a lot of kissing, you get fried. Yeah...that's justice.

it says that whoever says hates Jesus then therefore hates God. or it can be applied to everyday life: you have a domino effect that if you hate someone then the hate will be transferred to many other people.

You just stated it.

If you hate your neighbor you are really hating yourself.
How can you love your neighbor, if you have issues with one self?

Also, it's like saying I despise so and so, then how can we really love Jesus, if we have "hate" in ourselves?
