when a girl kisses you, if its her first kiss, can you tell?

yes because if they do they wont do it as well because its their first time but when you think its really good it means they have already done it before

No, not unless she doesn't know what body part to use.
Things will not taste different. Lips do not change shape or texture after the "first time." A girl's second kiss will not be much different than her first.
Don't forget, girls and boys have been kissed before, as children. It is not likely anyone old enough to know how to read and write will not have already had her "first kiss."

Well I am a girl and when I kissed my first guy they could tell but then I had no problem. Sometimes I think soo.

I don't think that you can really tell, unless she tells you. I know that when I was a kid, I used to practice on my pillow. And watch people kiss on TV and try to imitate the motions. *blushes*
