Heck no. My wife is a Muslim. Got to us it. But the pad is better, because of the implications of the use of the tampon

yes they do because all Muslims are virgin ,and having sex before marriage is a sin in Islam ,so people who use tampons are not virgins .

They have every feminine product that we have in the USA and that is what they use. In Saudi Arabia they buy them at Safeway just like we do here in the USA.
