My family likes this brand called "Wing-Wa", it's in Hong Kong. Not sure where you are situated though. If not, you can always get from hotels.

its a matter of personal preference and how much money you want to spend. I don't know where you live but if you get the chance to go into the Chinese area in London , Wardour Street and the surrounding streets there are various supermarkets and chinese bakeries which often have mooncakes cut up for people to sample, then you can try for yourself and taste the differences between the red bean curd filling and the lotus filling etc etc. Enjoy!

The ones your mother doesnt bake, but the guy's girfriend down the road on a roll , so to speak does the best brownies in town eh. maybe you will spend some time to look at the stars too.
