christmas pud and Brandy cream.

I think the most delicious one to have with xmas pudding is home made custard with some real brandy added depending on your likeness of brandy as to how strong or mild you would like it. The hot custard and the warmth of the brandy makes you feel very warm right down to your toes, in such cold weather at xmas.

I recently went home to oz to visit my family and yes my mum cooked a scrumptious xmas dinner with homemade xmas pudding and brandy custard, it was xmas dinner in september but then I havn't had one with my family for 15 years so the time of year didn't matter.

Both. Plus brandy or rum butter and possibly even ice cream. Just serve them all at table and everyone's happy. Thank goodness it's only once a year!

Christmas pud is delicious with a HUGE amount of thick, heavy cream - the type that comes out in one large dollop...mmmmmmmm!
