homosexual relationship with a minor (16) male page

WASHINGTON - Rep. Mark Foley (news, bio, voting record), R-Fla., resigned from Congress on Friday, effective immediately, in the wake of questions about e-mails he wrote a former teenage male page.

"The House of Representatives has an obligation to protect the teenagers who come to Congress to learn about the legislative process," the group wrote, adding that the committee, "must investigate any allegation that a page has been subjected to sexual advances by members of the House."

hey fireball how come you don't care if an old guy tries to sex up a little kid? Would you take an interest if he was an ex priest? Or if he was whacking it to a picture of Jesus when he sent the e mails? This guy is the devil and deserves to burn.

It is not important what I or anyone else thinks--that is the trend to get opinions from polls and such. What is important is what the law states. If he violated any law of the city or district or applicable jurisdiction, the legal authorities should rightfully take appropriate action to bring charges. Doesn't matter what you or I think about it, the law is the law until changed.

The fact that it's a male-male advance is irrelevant, I feel anyone who makes advances to a minor should be prosecuted.

Face Charges? Where's the kid's father? If I was the kid's father the legal system wouldn't have to worry about this pervert!
