Sure you can. Raise them up, tie them to a flagpole. Use toothpicks to hold their eyes open. Pry or cut their lips open so as to make it seem like they are smiling. Put a recorded message near them that says, "have a nice day." And there you have it, you raised the dead.

Well, no man or woman here on earth can. Only God is capable of that. And usually, he doesn't choose to raise people. Of all the billions of people that have lived and died, only Jesus and a few others (like Lazarus) have risen/been risen from the dead.
