Good old fashioned free weights... use a barbell with weight that you can comfortably manage. The exercise is called a military press and will work your shoulders, upper arms and parts of the upper back. Similar to doing lat-pull-downs behind your head but in reverse i.e. the work is done on the up stroke. Let the weight down slowly as well for a good negative rep. Be sure to use a spotter in case you get fatigued or if your grip slips.
