Think of dogs as kids in fur coats.
If you wouldn't do it around kids, you shouldn't around dogs, either. Every living thing is affected by 2nd hand smoke.

Yes, it does. Since we started smoking outside I can tell my dogs have more energy and breathe easier. Dogs can have allergies too by the way.

If they are still breathing it does. They have lungs that are the same as ours. And second hand smoke is worse than smoking.
But your dog will continue to love you with all his heart and soul ...even if you do give him cancer of the lungs or emphysema.

probably. In smoking households, cats can actually develop a nictoine addiction and chew up discarded cigarrette butts. I've seen it! I think that means it's really time to quit though if the cat is hooked.

Yes, it definitely does. Smoking around dogs, as far as I'm concerned, is an act of animal cruelty.

Yes because whenever my in-laws smoke around their dog he shakes his head and sneezes, and then leaves the room
