Does anyone know of a Good Christian Bootcamp or Milatary school in Arkansas.
I might be asking this in the wrong Catogory, if so let me know where I might get a better answer....Thanks

I work in the residential treatment industry (and have for 18 years), and you must NOT send your child to a boot camp. They are very punitive, in your face programs. Kids sent to boot camps push their issues underground because they are punished if they dare raise them. They learn immediately to shut up, look like they're obeying and after they "serve their time" they go home - and right back to the same behavior because nothing has changed. Military schools are a little bit better, but there is no therapy there, which so many out-of-control kids need, and your child has to agree to stay there. If they won't, or if they get kicked out, the school will keep your money because they consider that a spot taken by your child.
I'm not aware of a good program in Arkansas, but distance isn't the issue in getting your child the right kind of help - the results of the program should be the primary issue, not distance.
