My friends had to pass many drug tests so i know all types of ways. Drink plenty of water, try your best to drink at least a gallon a day. Don't eat a lot of fatty foods, the THC in marijuana stays attached to body fat longer. And if you can try to find a flush out system at a smoke shop, a place that sells bongs and stuff like that, or online. And you have to quit at least a month in advanced of the test.

Go to the Pharmacy and get some "Activated Charcol" tablets. (for digestive problems) - and start taking four of them every three hours (this stuff absorbs the oils with cannibonoids that come up in tests)... (Caution: your feces will turn black - no big deal).
Then, at the same time, drink as much cranberry juice (preferrably the real stuff - not sweetened - and not Cranberry Juice Cocktail - the stuff that is strong and not too tasty - think "Healthfood Store")... Drink as much of it as you can... (Go for at least a gallon - as many days in a row as you can) this will flush your urinary tract. Keep drinking it.
Do not smoke Marijuana while you are doing this...
Depending on the frequency and amount of your marijuana smoking.. it can help.

2 boxes of sure jell mixed to a gallon of water
2 tsps bleach to a gallon of water ,only 2 teaspoons ,
then dont smoke no more ok .
