The edges usually get harder than the rest.

I think you are cooking it too long. Everything is already cooked when you put it together, so all you are trying to do is melt the cheese. Make sure the cheese covers all the way to the edges; this helps to keep them from getting dry. Then when the cheese is melted the way you want. . . PRESTO! Dinner is ready - and not dried out!

Mmmmm - this makes me hungry! Wonder how many people are going to have lasagna tonight?

The way I do it is by boiling the lasagna then layer everything in. Meat and sauce is also already made on stove top. Then layer everything cover with foil and put in low temp oven. Right about 275. All you are doing is letting cheeses melt. Lasagna will stay soft. Try that and I hope it works. Good Luck and Enjoy

The heat in the oven causes it to do that. I have avoided that by putting about 1/2 cup of sauce on top of my noodles and covering it with foil. Prevents the burnt edges. I take it off abuot 5 minutes before its done to add some browning, but if that isnt important to you- you can leave the foil on.

Do you cover it?? Not sure what is on top of yours, but a layer of sauce will keep it moist. i do that and cover TIGHTLY with foil until just a few minutes are left. Then I top with more cheese and herbs, letting it bake just enough to melt the top. Hope this helps.

I don't know if this will help. If you bake it uncovered too long it will dry on top. I usually keep it covered until the last 10-15 minutes. It seems to keep it from happening.

Always cover with foil to keep this from happening and then in the last 5 minutes, take it off and it will brown the cheese nicely without burning it

Are you placing it on the correct shelf in the oven? Are you making sure you have plenty of sauce, cheese on the top? You might try covering it with foil when you bake it....Good luck!!

Oh my. Put cheese and sauce over the top so it does not dry out. If you do NOT want sauce on top try baking it with a LID.

Simple.

You need to cover the pan with aluminum foil before you put it in the oven-I assure you that won't happen again...Hope this helps!
