When I'm walking down the street, I'm constantly having to move over to pass people because I get the feeling that if I didn't move over, they would walk right into me! Even when I have to literally stop and smoosh myself against the wall to let people past, they don't say thankyou! Has anyone else got this problem!? Rude people are starting to piss me off!

Go to Toys R US...buy a toy shotgun and carry it on the street...you will be amazed at the power of toys!

People are just caught up in their own worlds. It sucks, but sometimes all their problems cloud out the reality that there might be someone walking toward them and to move out of their way or there might be a woman pushing her child in a stroller and maybe they should take their foot off the accelerator.

I don't think it's a personal reflection if people are running or threatening to run into you.

Skip the shotgun and get some football shoulder pads and a Denver Broncos helmet. If they bump into you, ha! Tackle'em!

Pisses me off too, I am short so I think that I get overlooked sometimes, but now I just keep right on walking and let them bump into me, if they dare, then say excuse you is the word. Or try slipping your foot out and trip them up. Just kiddn. That'll teach them though. Don't let people push you around, and always walk with your head up, that way people take you serious and may be less likely to run you off the curb. If all else fails just stand there right in there path and stare them down, they probably think you have issues, but I bet they move.

Girl, I was ranting and raving about this same issue last night, but you know what I realized? It didn't make the buttheads less buttheaded, it only made my own head hurt from letting it get to me. Some girls had plenty of room to walk around me on the right, but were too "important" to do that, and squeezed pass me on my left between the bus shelter! (And the one girl was huge!) It just goes to show you that people in this world are self-absorbed and the only thing we can do is know that we ourselves are good people.... Most importantly, Karma will take a bite out of their rude behinds eventually, so don't worry about it! :-)

I get this all the time inc. tuts when i have my children in the stroller alot of people think that when you have children you should lock yourself up and stay indoors thats how they make you feel. I have honestly found that older people in our area are far worse than the younger ones and i think no wonder the world has gone crazy i was brought up to respect my elders but when they are the rudest people around (in our village anyway) i find it hard but try but all the same they are soooo rude

I've had the problem before and I have found that if I only move a little bit, they *sometimes move also. There have been times where they did run into me when I didn't move but they usually apologized.

I only get this problem in the Filipino area of my city, not to be rascist or anything, but these people seem to have no education. They are rude, stupid, don't know how to drive, and ignore you when you say something but expect you to answer immediately when they talk to you. They are also cheap, don't have any common sense, are ignorant, are conceited but ugly, and try acting all "high class" because they wear cheap Louis Vuitton imitations from their country & knock-offs of every brand imaginable, and are complete d!cks. So ya, I'm tired of it too, now I don't move, if they bump into me I straight out tell them "watch where you're going you fcuking idiot," 'cause fcuk it, they're d!cks anyway.

well, people won't move for me when i've got a stroller and they are in a car! i have seriously almost been run over with my baby many times. people ARE rude, and if they don't know you they don't give a damn. they will just bump you with their shoulder rather than move. it's really sad. i try to be nice to everyone, even strangers, and i am still waiting for it to come around to me...

That's basically because people today know "their rights" and forget about obligations. That doesn't only go for walking in the streets b.t.w..
