Since the 54th isn t listed anywhere, I would say to combine the 50th and the 4th. Something gold with a blue topaz.

By that age they probably have everything they want, so maybe lunch at a nice hotel? Theatre tickets? Concert tickets? A photo of their grandkids/great grandkids in a nice frame? A trip to the place they met. or went on honeymoon? Plants for the garden (and planting them yourself)? An edited video of family moments? A photograph album (ditto)? A trip to somewhere they always wanted to go?
