You can't. You can make very very strong Jello Shots, but not without the flavor of the alcohol. It can't be done. You can use like flavors of Jello and Vodka, which will help but only a little.

Tart jello (cranberry or cranberry raspberry) help mask the taste also. You can use juice instead of water which will also help.

This is what I would do

1 6 oz box cranberry Jello
1.5 cups hot cranberry juice
1.5 cups vodka

The night before measure out the alcohol and soak some dried cranberries in it. The alcohol will absorb the cranberry flavor and turn a brilliant red color which adds to the color of the overall jello shot.

You can choose to put the cranberries in the jello shots or strain them out. If you strain them out I would add more alcohol to make the 1.5 cups. You can try more alcohol but I wouldn't.

well you can't make really really strong jello shots as too much alcohol and the jello wont set.

to mask the taste,
•Use a flavored liquor, such as the flavored vodkas or a liqueur. Flavored and sweet often mask alcohol.
•Keep the jello cold.
•reduce the alcohol and make more jello.

Well, you can use 1 and 1/2 cups of vodka, or whatever alcohol and then put in two packets of cherry jello mix. Use the kind with sugar. Then add 1/2 cup of hot water to the mix, and then add the vodka.
Good luck

Have never tried this but pick a flavor that you know also has a liquor in the same flavor like strawberry, and use that and vodka if you want it strong.
