My daughter got knocked down by running under someone who was swinging, she got a few bumps and scrapes on her forehead, so I put a band aid over it. I didn't realize that I stuck it on part of her hair line that has the tiny little hairs and is sensitive because it's not a lot of hair but just under her natural hair line. I used a heavy duty band aid that is sticking very well, I am wondering is there anything else I can do to get it off besides ripping it off her forhead so it won't hurt. She's only 2 3/4 years old.

supply him a bath. The water commonly can help you the glue start up to launch. If it would not, supply it an afternoon or so, there is no rush to pull them off and after some days the exterior may have 'shed' off sufficient that it will start up to peel away without undertaking. If that would not help, then you actually ought to purpose toddler oil. yet i do not propose employing alcohol (although that does have a tendency to make the glue dissolve it ought to damage the toddler's epidermis, strip the oils, and if there is any open sore it hurts.)

Put a warm wet washcloth on it. Band aids tend to come off easier after being wet.

Try some mayo...put a glob on, leave a few minutes, then slowly take bandaid off. It works for bumper stickers. Or soak with warm, wet cloth and then do the mayo thing.

try holding a wet washcloth to her head for a few minutes and see if that will help loosen it up. also try using baby oil if the washcloth doesn't work. good luck!
