just wanted to vent and make sure those of you who do drive are polite enough to give enough signal time. people will put there signal on at the very last SECOND and almost cause a rear end accident. is this done on purpose? do people wanna get hurt? can they sue if they dont give proper signal? isnt it 100 ft notice or something like that. well yall do me a favor even though i wont know be nice and give signal in time so that people behind ya will slow down its just the nice thing to do

I'm religious about using my turn signal. (Though sometimes I can get caught out when I don't know where I'm going). The thing that really bothers me is, after signalling and looking to see that the way is clear, I change lanes, only to find that someone's coming up on my rear end at 20mph over the speed limit and only stop advancing when they're just about kissing my bumper. Dodge RAM drivers are the worst for it!

It is because there are really stupid people that are driving these days. People doing things while driving that can't pay attention and say talk on their cell phone. Hello why do they have to slow down to talk on the phone I don't. Then again some people wont slow down no matter how soon you turn on the signal. So i believe that common courtesy is gone.

Recently attended the retirement party for my uncle. He was presented with a special plaque and a nice cash bonus for having driven for this company 40 years without an accident or a traffic violation. When asked what his secret to being such a safe driver was he said "just follow the rules--be nice--and if someone thinks they have the right of way or wants it---let them have it".

If you learn to follow at a safe distance, it wouldn't matter if the driver in front of you signaled or not. I NEVER have to apply my brakes for anyone in front of me turning. Signal or no signal.

Nothing raises my blood pressure more than some idiot that doesn't use their signal. I generally try to help remind them by honking my horn and giving them a hand signal.
