It depends on what is causing the stomachache. It is hard to tell with three year olds because they usually aren't very good at articulating pain. If she is nauseous (vomiting or feels like she is going to vomit), I believe that Pepto-Bismol makes a medicine for children. It could be indigestion, in which case the proper dosage of antacids could help. If her stomach is still hurting tommorow, I would suggest taking your daughter to a doctor. Be prepared, however; the doctor may do blood tests in the event that the examination is inconclusive.

You don't say how old she is or how long she has been saying it, but Tylenol isn't for stomach aches. maybe she wants attention, are there other siblings. Let it go if it was just today, if it goes on call your doctor. Sorry I just saw she's 3. Three is a wonderful age for wanting attention.

If you can't readily figure out if shes eaten too much junk or its a potty issue then take her temp just to make sure shes normal.
If everything is alright then rubbing her tummy gently in a clockwise direction might soothe her, or a tepid hot water bottle.

She may need to go to the bathroom...maybe a little constipated. Give her prunes if she will eat them...or greens, like salad...dr pepper works great, but I don't really recommend this at that age. If it's not constipation, give her a little pepto bismal...they have the chewable tablets that aren't quite as bad as the liquid...

Sounds like constipation. Go to Walgreen's or another Pharmacy and get a children's laxative. Give her some and then stay home and near the toilet. That stuff works fast.
