Yes but it's not easy. I would recomend (if you are only doing a few pictures) to download the trial version of Photoshop. The trial version only lasts for 30 days so get all the pictures you want to edit together. Photoshop is way eaiser to use.

I would recommend downloading Paint Shop Pro or some other photoshop program to edit the pictures. It's pretty easy once you get the hang of it.
If you are just wanting to fix a slight double chin or slim arms a bit, you may just be able to use the softening tool. This works wonders. I do it to my pictures all of the time!

picasa is a Google's photo software. It's what should've come with your camera.
It can Edit , organise and Share you picture and small video flips.
It's very easy to use and is free, just like Google

I get paid to do that for a living....
using paint... not easy in any respect...
using professional editing software isnt even easy.... its time consuming to make her look good but still look like herself... if she doesnt care if she looks like herself, then put her head on a models body....

umm maybe not with paint but yeah there are ways make yourself look thinner in a pic put the pic on the pc and use paint to do your editing

I use the Liquify filter in Photoshop to do this, if you can borrow someone's computer who has it. It's really fun to play with. Just be careful not to overdo it.
