Based on what I was told, I suspect someone I talk to has been and may still be committing a crime against someone in real life, but in another state. Should I contact someone? And if so, who should I contact?

Your local police dept. will probably not be interested because it is out of their jurisdiction, you need to call either the F.B.I. or the local agency where the person you suspect resides. If you call the F.B.I. they will contact the proper authorities in the area where the crime is being committed.

To funloving: If you know about a child being molested and don't contact the police or child protection then you're the one committing the crime.

FUNLOVINGWOMAN are you kidding me? You don't know what to do? Stop typing on your computer, run to your phone and call the police!!!!!!!!! If they won't listen then you need to contact the police or children's services where this man lives if you have that info. Honestly people it isn't that hard. A child is being molested and you don't know what to do. OMG

I am not sure what to tell you to do, because I am facing the same delima. I know that there is a father, that is sleeping with his 13 year old daughter. A) They both told me, B) he's told me in conversations that we've had on here, and C) I have pictures. I am not sure what I should do about it? It feels like I am in a lose lose situation and I am not sure which way to turn.
