Ok, well I know Ramadan is starting today, but Im still vegetarian by the way, umm... Things to know I only know about hair loss for women and few cases for men. Even vegetairan dont get lots of protein there hair still healthy from nuts, beans, chicken, fish, eggs, beef, turkey, pig, and soybeans will help you grow hair quickier.
Also whenever you wash you noticed... your hair keeps falling when you shower right? Well, I wash my head 2-3 times a week so it'll prevent hair loss, reduce the pattern a bit, and have manageable hair. Dont perm, dye, bleach, iron, curl, use hairsprays (only says flexible is acceptable), and gel will ruin your hair.
Skin, use products that have Aloe Vera or Vitamin E.
