Well girl how much do you want loose, set a goal. The first 10 pounds people loose is water and you can easily put that back within the same day. Just about any Cam bell soup should work, but read the calorie count. You should just eat a little over half of what's inside the can and the rest water. If you want to maintain the diet weight off I recommend you take a slim tea at least once every week and a half, but you have to coordinate because on those days you do want to be too much social, due to the fact that most of the day will be spent attending a couple of cramps. You will not loose weight until you clean your system first. Don't try doing too much exercise right away, you can get sick, your body will have to adjust slowly.

If you want to get sick.. but look better for a short while before getting even more over wieght.. then do some stupid diet.

seriously.. health is more important than wieght.

eat a balanced varied diet. fruit and veggies.. some good quality protien and reduce carbs a little.. don't eat any junk food..

and exercise.. both cardio and some wieghts.. that's the healthy way to do it.

it takes some learning and some work, but it's not too hard. In a year you can be fit and healthy with lots of energy feeling great.

Or you can join the long long line up of failures who tried one of these ridiculous diets that fly in the face of reality and take your health for granted. There are no simple easy cures in life.

Don't do a liquid diet! It is terrible for your health. Just find a good fitness program and eat healthy, nutritional portions of food. You won't lose weight all at once but in the long run it will be great for your body, confidence, and health.

Depends on which liquid diet you're on??

I'd definately suggest FRESH FRUIT/VEGETABLE JUICE if you have a juicer or access to one. If not, you can purchase juices (100% juice) V-8 would be great. Make sure to get protein in either milk or a protein shake.....you really need fiber though or it'll mess your digestion system up. Eat prunes (or raisins) apples, apricots, etc to keep you 'moving'.....

They're not really that healthy though so I'd caution you against them and suggest beginning exersize and cutting out fattening foods.....or at least cutting them down in size and volume! Use them as treats, not consistent food.......

Walking is one of the most inexpensive, pleasant, and effective ways to lose weight and benefit you're entire body.....
