I'll eat, then about 2 hours later I'm ready to eat again. I've noticed a little weight gain, but not much. What should I do?

you have the # 1 problem of fat (or soon to be fat) people in the USA have.

read a book on nutrition. follow it.

what you are falling into is a pattern of overeating. at first its not a big deal because its just a few pounds. but then you will notice that you cant stop eating. you have to eat just to make your body feel like its being nurished. but the pounds start to add up.

dont eat again. i know what im telling you. its a bad habit that is very hard to break.

instead why dont you try to lose that "little weight" that you have gained. hopfully it will not be too hard.

i have seen even thin i mean very thin people get fat. and its that pattern of not knowing how to eat properly and just giving in to food.

i hope you do well.

Well, when you eat can you eat anything or must it be one specific food, if it can only be one type of food, then its probably just a craving. YOu should also start eating healthy low cal foods. Eating to many simple carbs (sugar and white bread) also causes you to be hungry. Try to eat protein at every meal and swich to whole grain and reduce the amount of sugar you eat.

Eat food with a lot of watter in it, like soup or frest fruit. You get the bulk which makes you feel full.

The same for high fiber foods. Fiber takes longer to digest, so that you feel full longer.

I'm the same way. I think it has to do with metabolism... if we have fast metabolisms we'll be hungry a few hours after we eat.

I really hate people that overeat but I also understand that it may be a disease. A lot of people are dying in Africa and other countries and I think you shouldn't be pigging out just for pleasure.
