Though this is a drop-in replacement for R12 the performance of the refrigeration unit is different from what it should be. I am in a spot here.

Try the Association of heating, ventilation and air conditioning engineers or the Mechanical engineers association. They. both have websites; just go to yahoo search and look for them.
