I am not very good remember sequences of moves or become a black belt just something to help me at work of maniacs attacks me ( I work in mental health)

Hi. you do not state were in s/london you are. I run 4 kickboxing classes in the kingston a twickenham area's. We do not ues kata's or patterns has you would find in other martial arts. Although are kicks are tae kwon-do based. please e-mail me for more infomation if this is of any use to you.
