I'm 5'6" and weighed 139 pounds when I got pregnant in June...
I've since lost and am at 134 lbs.
the most I've ever weighed is 145 lbs and I began to ride my bike, walk, jog, etc but never did it consistently. Once I got pregnant, I've been walking 1.5-2.5 miles at least every other day....sometimes every day!
I have SOO much more energy, it's helped my circulation, and I know that even though I'm not even focused on losing WEIGHT during pregnancy, I know I'm building muscle and keeping my gain where it's supposed to be...in my belly!! =)

I am overweight and I am doing something about it. I lost 35 lbs in a year but gained 6 recently.

Nope. I'm not fat. I am 5ft 5inches tall and 107lbs. I am 16years old...but I eat a lot, but in a good healthy manner since I want to make good habits when i'm an adult. I don't think I eat a lot though...what do you think?
HEre is an example but ovisally it varies since I don't always eat the same things.
Breakfast--
cereal
yogert
water
snack-water, fruit, granola bar
Lunch-- 1 ham sandwhich,water,yogert,
applesauce
Snack-- Special K vannila crisp bar(YUMMY!),fruit, water
Dinner-- 1 hamburger,chocolate milk,greenbeans,water
Snack--- Cereal,water,yogert
Is this a lot? Just wanderin.
