They are both different in contents.... it depends on what you need, if you need calcium take the milk, if you need vitamins take the juice.

Generally I would say juices. I love milk but it is fatty. And many if not most people other than babies don't digest it very well. That's not to say it's bad for you. I drink a lot of both.

Milk is healthier for you than juice is... juice tends to have a lot of sugar added to it, and milk has the added benefit of calcium.

Best for what?They have totally different benefits.Drink milk for calcium,and juice for vitamin C.

milk helps you build strong bones and gives you lots of protien
while juice it varries,but its good for the eyes

Juice, I don't like milk. I can't stand that nasty film it leaves in my mouth. Plus juice is more fulfilling, and tastes better with liquor.
