You mean setup a new email account in Outlook? Depending if this is Outlook or Outlook Express. Open up Outlook as your main email client. Click on tools>accounts>go to mail tab, then add new mail. The mail wizard will prompt you to fill in the required information like your name, the incoming and outgoing mail server (provided by your ISP) or exchange server if corporate account, and if authentication needs to be enabled and or not, check with ISP still. Click on test account settings to verify if you have set up account properly. Then check if you can send and receive email by sending yourself a test email to see if you can both send and receive email. Goodluck.

When your server set up your Internet they asked you for a email address that you chose use that one. Or go to the site below and find the information you want. All the ins and outs of OE.
