I don't have a clue but perhaps we should start with illegals and then move on to tourists. But in all fairness we would have to have a limit of bucks and does. Don't you think?

Why do you want to shoot tourists? They just want to see what you see for a moment. I know when I travel I look like a tourist but that is ok, I still want to appreciate what your area has to offer.

good question. especially the ones who come and manage to get in some type of trouble. don't these people realize that they give where they are from a bad reputation when they cause/get in trouble? i most certainlly don't want people to judge all people from the south as being
1.Being uneducated ( I along with all my family have a college education)
2. Drive only great big pick-up trucks ( I prefer a mini van myself-have four children)
3.Toothless backwoods hicks (I have all my teeth except for my wisdom teeth and one that the dentist tried to save for me but couldn't. I live in large city with a metro population of over 655,000 people)
just because a southerner caused trouble/got into trouble while on vacation

I don't know. Deer season is really big here and it is true that other states have tourist seasons......

Because you're a lousy shot.
However, you *may* not shoot them because murder is illegal, and "season" has more than one meaning, in this context not implying a license to kill.

see no reason why not, except for canadians royalty germans Peguis First Nation Members and native american indians. the rest go ahead. means you get caught and one more idiot with a gun off the street.
