I am going out later tonight, so I have about an hour and a half to get ready. I was just wondering how I can get nice, wavy hair with only this much time. I have thick, a bit longer than shoulder length hair. Please help me out here!

Braid it! Braid you hair in slightly skinny braids, vertically from your fore-head to your neck. Keep the braids in until about 10 minutes before you leave, then unravel them. You'll have nice, tight waves through your hair. I hope you can braid girl! Try to put gel in each row of hair before you braid it, that will keep the waves in longer.

Well if your not born with it it's kinda of hard to get the prefect wave in your hair but I would suggest a shampoo like "Wash and Curl"...I know the commercial is super cheesy but I have pretty straight hair and it does give it just enough of a wave. I also french braid my hair at night after I take a shower and when I take them out in the morning my hair is pretty wavy too. If you want a more permanent wave I would suggest a perm but go to a hair dresser you trust cuz they can mess up your hair really easily.

If you have a good hair dryer, you can dampen your hair, braid it in several smaller braids, put a plastic bag over your hair like you were dying it and dry it with the dryer. Just be sure you don't melt the bag with the heat. Try adding a little bit of gel or mousse to your hair before you braid it, too.

The best way to do it is to wet your hair, put gel in it, get a blowdryer with a diffuser, and scrunch while you dry. But if you don't have a diffuser, then just wet your hair and put gel in it... then scrunch away!
