Im overweight and i dont like it, i need a way to get thin fast with no excersise equipment and help to stop the cravings. Help please

eat a small portion of healthy food every two to three hours and walk an hour everyday 6 days of the week.

no exersice equipment? how about a pool. try going to a local gym or swimming pool. swimming is one of the best ways to get yourself fit in all of your different body systems and staying healthy. you can never get fit fast but if you work on swimming often you can become fit in a good period of time. if your stroke isn't too good, try a personal trainer to help you with that. as for your cravings, in my household we lock up all of the fatty sweet stuff from the people who have big cravings. then we have the people who have more self control and who will easily let someone in, know the combo. this stops people with cravings get into the sweets whenever they want but it does not take away the good stuff all the time. i promise these can work but only with effort

Order a few Leslie Sansone walk aerobics tapes online or a used one from Amazon or Ebay. If you get enough variety they aren't too boring. Walking, walking, walking. The best way to get rid of crazings is to go through hard withdrawal and get the white flour and sugar out of your system. That will take a few days and when you come out of the tunnel, your crazings will truly minimize. It isn't all in your head. Cravings are aggravated by white flour and sugar.

Go to your cabinet and get rid of processed junk food, go to store and buy fruits and vegetables that you enjoy, and snack on them to curb your appetite instead of calorie-rich carbs.

Find an activity that you enjoy that incorporates exercise. you'll be way more likely to do it, and find others to do it with on a regular basis. Dancing, walking, pretty much anything.

Read about nutrition from sources like Nutrition Action by the center for science in the public interest.

Swimming and Sex are the two best exercises for losing weight, but Sex in the pool ain't all it's cracked up to be; so I suggest you don't combine the two.

Wake up to a coffee IV, then go for a 2mile walk... relax, enjoy the fresh air then add unlimited sex.

*if results are not as quick as you expect, at least you feel good*

All you need is your feet and dedication. Walk, dance,jog, just move. Any physical activity will help you start loosing weight.
Cravings? Brush your teeth, nothing will taste good after brushing your teeth.
