Other than the dance that I know you do too, I try to think about something else. Anything that will distract me from my bladder. Sometimes you just have to pee outside.

Had the same problem on a long drive home from Phoenix. Thought I could wait until the next bathroom. By the time we got there I hurt so much it was hard to walk. My dad kept pointing out trees where we could stop but they were the other side of barbed wire.

Pee out in the open, but be discreet. If you have to poop, go to any random fast food joint. They usually don't lock their restrooms and they're generally cleaner than ones you would find at any rest area. In fact, I treat McDonald's as my own personal rest areas. There are more of them and they are usually less crowded than rest areas.

for number 1, start looking for a container. for number 2, look for tree's. if there are no tree's then you gotta do what you have to do.

This is much easier and far less embarassing for men than it is for you women out there... I feel kinda bad. I can just use any ol thing like a bottle or a cup if I really need to and just dump it when I can stop...
