Looking for some good family recipes. I've already looked online and found some good ones but thought I'd get a good variety of recipes by asking for them here. Thank you.

Grandma Winnie's Taters

Ingredients:
1/2 cup Canola oil
8-10 Red potato's (diced in long slices)
2- Large red onions (diced in large pieces)
1 tsp garlic sale
1 tsp onion power
1 tsp basil
1 tsp black pepper

Wash 8-10 red potato's well. Cut into Long slices. Fill a large frying pan with canola oil (about 1/2 cup). Add, potato's onions and all spices. Leave uncovered and fry at medium high heat for 35-45 minutes. Brown on high heat for the last 10 minutes of cooking.

This is great with steaks, pork chops or grilled chicken.

Easy Brunswick Stew

2 cans BBQ pork - Castlebury
2 cans BBQ beef -Castlebury
2 cans chicken, boneless - Swanson
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 reg can cream corn
1 reg can whole kernel corn
1 large onion, chopped
1 small bag frozen baby lima beans
1 tbsp bbq sauce
few dashes of hot sauce
2 cups water
salt and pepper to taste
Squish up tomatoes with clean hands; chop up the chicken. Break up all beef and pork. Mix together and cook in crock pot overnight or all day on low temperature.
Easy and delicious!

TACO SALAD - A FAMILY SUMMERTIME
FAVORITE

1 1/2 lb. ground round
1 envelope taco mix
1 head lettuce, torn into bite size pieces
1 lg. tomato, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
Black olives, several in slices
1 can (15 oz.) red kidney beans
1 bag (12 oz.) nacho cheese Doritos, crushed

DRESSING (The secret ingredient that makes the salad.)
1 c. salad oil
1/3 c. ketchup
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar

Brown and drain hamburger, add taco mix, stir and set aside.
In large bowl combine remaining ingredients. Toss salad with dressing and hamburger. Serve immediately.

Cacciatore-Style Chicken Bake

1-2/3 cups hot water
1 pkg. (6 oz.) Stuffing Mix for Chicken (stove top)
1-1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 small each: red and green pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 jar (14 oz.) spaghetti sauce



PREHEAT oven to 425°F. Add hot water to stuffing mix; stir just until moistened. Set aside.
PLACE chicken, peppers and onions in 13x9-inch baking dish; mix lightly. Pour spaghetti sauce over chicken mixture; top with prepared stuffing.
BAKE 30 min. or until chicken is cooked through.

1 egg
small onion, chopped
hash browns (not the cubes)
salt & pepper
make into balls about the size of a small orange. brown on all sides. cover with tomato puree and simmer until internal temp reaches 160 degrees.

Nanna's kitchen sink pie

1> homemade piecrust
1 can chocolate frosting
2 oz butter
5 stalks celery
1 whole beet
1 can of olive juice 10oz
1/4lb ground bologna
1 vidalia onion
4 cups cooked rice
a pinch of salt and pepper

mix ingrediants and put in deep fryer....or a fry daddy for 10-12min

Best" banana puddin "ever

3-4 bananas
8 oz. cream cheese
1 can eagle brand condensed milk
1 lg. jello instant vanilla pudding
3 cups milk
1 lg. cool whip
1 box vanilla wafers

blend cream cheese, condensed milk, and pudding mix(dry) untill smooth..Add in the 3 cups milk ( slowly)blending untill smooth. then add 1/2 cool whip(keep blendingtill smooth)l
line dish with vanilla wafers. put layer of pudding mixture,bananas, repeat with wafers,pudding,bananas... After layers are completed, top with remaining cool whip...refrigerate...
