I really like Walker's Shortbread cookies with tea. Even though others here have commented that Americans don't drink hot tea, they definitely do. My favorite hot tea is Fortnum & Mason Royal Blend loose tea. It is a strong black tea and great at breakfast.

Tea is Britt. Don't do it!
It also takes essential IRON outta your body, if you drink it 2 hours before or after a meal.
