An educated intellect searches for ego where as a simplistic wise person knows that ego only exists in mans intellect

An educated intellect. Simplicity might make you happy and carefree, but it's too superficial. Wisdom comes through years of experience, it just happens as a result of life. But education is something you have to work for. I'd be satisfied knowing that I acheived an education through hard work.

The wise man has learned from his mistakes, but the educated man knows how to prevent mistakes from happening.

What's a simplistic wise person? Anyone that I know who is wise is certainly not simplistic. Here's a better question:

Are we the smart dumb guys or the dumb smart guys?

I'd rather be as thick as two short planks. There is definitely a link between intelligence and depressive illness so life is less painful if you're thick.
