Things that invalidate Fasting:
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
One must avoid doing anything that may render one's fast invalid. Things that invalidate the fast and require qada' (making up for these days) are the following:
1) Eating, drinking or smoking deliberately, including taking any non-nourishing items by mouth, nose or anus.
2) Deliberately causing oneself to vomit.
3) The beginning of menstrual or post-childbirth bleeding even in the last moment before sunset.
4) Ejaculation out of sexual excitement from kissing, hugging, etc.
5) Eating, drinking, smoking or having sexual intercourse after Fajr (dawn) on mistaken assumption that it is not Fajr time yet. Similarly, engaging in these acts before sunset on the mistaken assumption that it is already sunset time.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Talking about sex is discouraged while fasting. Whatever incites arousement is sin while fasting.
Kissing between husband and wife is allowed in fast, but one should try to avoid it so that one may not do anything further that is forbidden during fast.
Taking water in mouth & spitting it out will not break your fast unless it goes into your stomach. So you have to be careful.

Acts Which Nullify the Fast:
Most important among the acts which nullify the fast are the following:
(a) Sexual intercourse during the daytime breaks the fast and is a grave sin. Anyone who performs this act must atone for it by freeing a slave, if he can afford to do so; otherwise, he should fast two consecutive months, if he can. If not, then he must feed sixty poor persons if he is able to.
(b) Intentionally eating or drinking also breaks the fast. If this act is done unintentionally, though, it does not harm the fast
(c) The appearance of menstrual or post-partum bleeding immediately breaks the fast. Once this happens, even if it is just a few minutes before sunset, the fast is nullified and the day must be made up at a later date.
(d) Ejaculation, if it comes as a result of an intentional act, breaks the fast.
(e) Deliberate vomiting also breaks the fast.
(f) The injection of blood or any other nourishing liquid into the body nullifies the fast.
(g) Apostasy from Islam obviously breaks the fast. If a fasting Muslim says or does something which is judged to be a violation of his faith, he thereby nullifies his fast and has therefore to make up the day or days of his apostasy, if he happens to repent and return to the faith.

Well putting water in your mouth will not break your fast because when you do wazoo, you clean your mouth(just don't drink it). Also if you eat, say a bad word/s tord someone beside you, think about sex, wear a lot of makup or you show too much skin you can break your fast. I learned all this by going to my nearest mosqu every Wed.

During your fasting, you should be productive with your time. Pleasing Allah, He's watching us extra-close during this month.
A non-sexual kiss is OK, but not more than that. It's all about restraint. Just wait until after sunset - you can do that!
We can rinse our mouths out (we have to anyway when we are preparing for our salat, right?), we can even brush our teeth as long as nothing enters our throat.

Nothing pass your list till sundown. Do not act on any sexual urge in anyway during the month of Ramadan. Kisses of non-sexual orientation are allowed---like kissing your child.

While fasting it is best not to share that your fasting as to draw attention to yourself. God knows your heart and why your doing the fast.

Search the Scriptures for information on fasting.
Fasting generally means doing without something specific for a certain timeframe......intended for closeness to God or answer of prayers.
Proceed with caution - meant as something of respect.
