they wont sue you if is less than $5000 but if your cards are both master card or both visa then they will garnished your wages for sure, better consolidate your debs and make one payment, talk to them tell them that there is another card and that you would like to consolidate and make just one payment they will listen and give you and appointment to see one of his agents, the best thing to do is to negotiate, do it and you will be better off.

may the force be with you.

You can be sued as well as having your credit ruined for quite a long time. If you have to see if the credit card company will work with you in setting up a payment plan or even cut the amount you owe if you can pay it all at once.

you could not sue the mastercard company, yet they ought to pay for each and each of the costs that surpassed off out of your card being stolen. also they are responsible for sending your card securely through the mail, so if it takes position again, i'd say you would have a case hostile to them. in the different case, i'd anticipate that someone is getting a carry of your mail earlier you.

Any one can sue you this is America. Most companies don't sue unless it's a high enough credit amount that you defaulted on. There would also have to be a pattern on your credit report showing that you open accounts and then don't pay on them. 7/10 chances are they wont sue you, unless your amount is at least 5,000 our higher

Yes they can sue you. Even worse, they will send it to a collection agency who will hound you non-stop until you pay or file for legal protection (bankruptcy). Either way, you take a big hit on the credit rating numbers. Better off to pay the things off.

They CAN sue you, but in many instances it will cost them too much to sue. You can use the law to your advantage in dealing with collection agencies, creditors, and repairing. Try your best to work out an agreement with the creditor. Do your homework on the web and at the library, you will be suprised.

Why aren't you paying? Quit buying things if you can't afford them. Live within you means. I hope they do sue you. And your credit will be ruined.
