Swallowing mentos and then drinking diet coke?

I just tried it and the answer is no. But I did let out one GREAT belch. I feel much better now.

No. This is along the lines of the old Urban Legend that drinking a Coke and eating Pop Rocks will kill you. Before that it was drinking a Coke and taking aspirin.

I'm not sure actually. I know if you combine them then they go BOOM, but I don't know about consuming them.
I've seen a video on the internet where a guy eats a whole pack of mentos then chugs two liters of diet coke. He instantly pukes, but that's all

Ideally you should chew Mentos, they are large to swallow and ya don't enjoy them that way...
...but no, they won't kill you...where'd you come up with that idea?

lol is this something like pop rocks and dr. pepper from when i was a kid? yes and no.. it can't kill you as in it's not poisonous.. your stomach isn't going to explode or anything.. but you are eating sugar and too much can lead to obesity and type 2 diabetes.. but a couple of times won't do a thing to you :)

i think someone did that and they vomited. it is videotaped somewhere on break.com or something like that.
