i think about my mom's high blood pressure, thyroid problems, hormone problems and new type 2 diabetes problem. my dad's colitis. my grandpa's alzheimers. my new baby and husband. i think about skinny jeans and not worrying if my roll is hanging over my jeans. it is hard as hell, but we have to do it!

think of the end results of what you wanna achieve .. that should motivate you fair enough .. keep a progress chart of what you do and take note.

motivating sometimes needs to be not one person but it comes from within your surroundings such as, Family , Friends and even yes .. NATURE ! eg: why i say nature is that.. think of a plant, its small and you want to visualize that i will grow into a strong tree. think of that as you !

I keep pictures of my goals around. Like my backround is a pinup girl from WWII. In the bathroom is a picture of where I want to live someday. In the kitchen is a picture of my brother who is over in Iraq. Keeping these things around reminds me of why I want to live healthy and keep going.
