If your living a true Christian life you don't have to push Jesus on someone. Instead they would see the gifts of the spirit in your life and want what you have.

I'm an atheist, but when Christian friends of mine need help, they get it, when for the most part they get none from their Christian friends. I'm not angry with them for believing silly things because they are humble and haven't an arrogant bone in their bodies. I don't demand my freinds think correctly. I just demand they treat other people correctly. If you're a Micah 6:8 believer, we'd get along like family.

Just being Christian does not make you a Jesus freak. The freaks are the ones that shove it on you. The freaks are the ones that think if you don't believe like they do, you're going to hell. I have plenty of Christian friends, they check me when I'm going too far, and I check them when they are going to far.

Sure. If you can keep from preaching, I have no problem with you. I have many friend of many faiths but we respect each others boundaries. Yet if we do start a discussion on spirituality we don't attack each other for what we believe and if it should get out of hand, we stop and agree to disagree.

Sure, but I have yet to find any jesus freaks that are able to keep their "freakishness" to themselves. We would probably not be friends for long. The temptation to push is inherant in your kind.

Most of my friends are Christians who do not push their religion on other people. Though they do answer a lot of my questions about Christianity.

Sounds cool with me, man.

Would it be OK with you if I watched porn in private and drank once in a while or went to strip clubs? Could I have gay friends too? If my sister was pregnant and unmarried would you talk to her but let her make up her own mind in the end to whether she was going to keep it or not?

I would be your friend if we had similar interests and outlooks and if we got along. Your religion would have nothing to do with it unless you did start pushing it. My grandmother always told me that in polite company, there are two things one never discusses: Religion and politics. I take that seriously.

Yes. My sister is a "Jesus freak" and I love her just the same. Fortunately, she doesn't try to push it on me TOO much.
