Because Bush spent the last $1.98 of our social security taxes on a pack of bubble gum.

Mexico is a sovereign nation and is not for sale. That's a very childish question. They have beautiful areas of Mexico that many people like to visit and vacation in.They have a problem with poverty that could be eradicated with better distributions of government funds.Wealthy people in Mexico have a fantastic lifestyle and enjoy all the luxury's of the rich .Mexico is a nation and its an insult to say anything about buying it.
I am anti illegal but I use my brain.

Good idea....Oil rich......Cancun.......Don't you get it that Mexico is not a poor Country....only the people are poor. We have it pretty good in the USA at least the government shares the wealth to a certain degree. Politicians always eat a bigger piece of the pie though......but why change the system......The USA benefits cheap labor....and benefits from smiling upon paying the Mexican government god knows how much money for their products....and the poor person there never sees a dime of that.

There are those who would suggest we have covertly owned Mexico since the turn of the 20th Century. Certainly our oil men are very influential there, and pretty much the Mexican Government is a tool of wealthy Americans. Problem is most Americans don't really understand how much our businessmen call the shots at home and abroad.

Because the majority of the southwestern U.S. belonged to Mexico in the first place. We stole it from them like we stole the other parts from the Native Americans.
Why is it that Americans are willing to acknowledge the travesty of the Native Americans, but not the native Mexican-Americans?

because...The US has no interest in acquiring other nations. Mexico has its own population that is unwilling to force changes that would fix their problems..
Mexico could be a nation with a booming economy and a vibrant skilled population .
It appears that Mexicans choice to ignore problems in their country and "get" somewhere else, where they can enjoy the
benefits other nation's citizens have created and pay for is their solution.
Mexicans would be better served if they fixed up their own house....and NOT choose to flee and live somewhere else are not considered assets..
Wishing produces little, action is a start.

because if the USA buy MEXICO then you will not have enough money for kill innocents and "terrorists" in the middle east.
Its easy to see that you have never visited us, you are so far of the Mexican truth you should see ours city's and see by yourself the beauty of the buildings and you should stop thinking that the immigrants are just Mexicans there are people from all Latin America......you are very stupid and ignorant.

Talk about a "fixer upper"! You'd have to sink far more money into fixing it than the purchase price. Any good investor will tell you that's a bad deal. Wait until the current owner goes bankrupt then buy it at auction, you'll get a much better price. :)
