Any chefs or others that may know what a cucumber 1 echarpe is?

i am doing a 6 course for school and was wondering if any one knew what a cucumber 1 echarpe is? if so would you tell me what it is any maybe include a pic. thanks for the help.

I think you might be refering to cucumber L echarpe? (not the number 1)

if that is the case then it is a very thin slice (length wise) of cucumber that is wrapped around something

echarpe is French for scarf.
