wipe it better.....ok this sounds stupid but moms who have potty trained bunchkins understand this.
Quantity does not make clean......kids are notorius for using a huge wad of toilet paper.......all it does it smear it........thats why cottonelle tissue recently came out with tissue with paw prints and puppy dogs, its so we can show them the right quantity.......try using less tissue and see if you don't get a more thorough cleaning.
