yes i believe that different crystals hold different properties
the best one would be clear quartz if you are unsure of them ..as it is a good all rounder
but there are plenty sites on the web with good info on the properties

there is a force called life energy,are orgon energy. ancients called it prana. some people called it mana.some crystals direct that energy.better then other crystils. depending on the individual crystals.the energy is picked up by people in a number of ways. in there consciousness.and in the body.. it depends on your own individual consciousness . in how you pres eve it and understand it and use it.and how you can learn from it. also. but yes they give off energy!

No. I tried eating crystals and it just damaged my teeth and gave me an upset stomach.
But carbs do a great job of giving you energy. ;)
