If you are home you should go soak your feet in the bathtub for a little while. After that, put on two layers of socks. Even if it's caused by poor circulation, this should warm them right up!

First, everyone is telling you right, you have poor circulation. Second, of course, discuss this with your doctor and try to find the cause of it. Third, maybe you have some imbalances in your bodies lower systems that needs supplemented. (Usually because of poor diet choices, none of us eat right anymore.) Arbonne (a health and wellness company) has Leg and Vein Formula. It is a combinations of vitamins, minerals and herbs that replaces your body systems with what they need to function properly -ie, your circulation problems. Alternative medicine doctors will tell you the same thing.

I know what you mean. I did a bit of research on this and most will tell you that it is very bad to leave your feet cold like that. They will die.....yes....I am serious. You have to do what you can to get blood flow to your feet. Its a big problem. I use a small space heater to heat my feet and my socks, then I put them on and get under a blanket. THey seem to jump-start themselves, but if not.....massage your feet under heat to get them back.

Poor circulation. Your heart and brain are getting the blood they need but your peripheral circulation for hands, fingers, and feet is not as important as the heart and brain. If it worries you too much see your doctor.

The thyroid is your body's thermostat. If it is underactive you or parts of you will be cold a lot. If a bad thyroid is left untreated for too long it is a death sentence.
Go to the docs and have it checked. Its a very easy and simple thing to correct so don't worry if it is bad.

The core, (center and head) of your body needs more heat energy, so it draws into your body. Your hands and feet aren't the most needed body parts to live, so that's why.
You may also have poor irculation to your feet, so rotate your ankles to be sure.

If thier always this cold, then it's poor circulation, try to go on jogs or walks, to speed up your circulation, if that doesn't work , then ask your doctor why your feet are always cold.
