In all my years I have never seen such. I would think people in a Church and a house of God would wait then tell someone about it.

Before i judge them, i would definitely ask if i could speak to you for a sec then i would say i saw you take money out the collection plate. Whats going on how come you took the money? Then based on what they say then I'll decide if i can help them or tell them where to go to get help if i couldn't help.
I'd most likely also speak to a member of the church who i feel i can trust not to repeat what i ask then I'd and ask them hypothetically of course what should be done and what would they do if they saw ....that would also help me in helping this person.
God will judge everyone. So i don't need to do that.

Jesus didn't. Judas was slipping his hand into the ministry money bag, and He knew about it. He just let it go. He knew that the law of sowing and reaping would take care of it.
As to what we should do if we see this, that's when it comes in mighty handy to be led by the Spirit of God. For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God - Romans 8:14.

bring it to the attention of the usher standing in the aisle immediately
regardless of who it is neighbor friend--whatever that is wrong
seeing wrongdoing happen and doing nothing yourself is just as bad dont stand by and help them by not saying anything
stand up right now--the church will thank you for it

I laugh and say nothing because he is stealing from thieves, then I try to get him to buy me some beer.

i think i would make it a point to talk to him or her after the service and ask why they stole the money. if it was because they needed it for something worthwhile, i'd consider lending them my own money. if it was just to see if they could get away with it, i'd ask them to return the money.

Perhaps that person needs charity. I would offer my own money instead.
